DAY 01: ARRIVE CHRISTCHURCH
After you arrive at Christchurch Airport, you will be greeted by the tour coordinator and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 02: CHRISTCHURCH – GREYMOUTH – WEST COAST GLACIERS (450 KMS)
After enjoying some good breakfast, hop out of enjoying some of the most amazing views.
Today you will embark on the TranzAlpine, which is a scenic rail journey. The train travels through the most amazing gorges that river valleys. The place is so beautiful that you won’t be able to keep that camera away. You will pass through the Southern Alps and the Greymouth on the West Coast which will surely captivate you. Take a mental picture of the entire journey and you find it etched into your memory forever.
DAY 03: WEST COAST GLACIER (B)
Enjoy the entire day like the way you please, and marvel at the magnificent glaciers. You can also take a panoramic flight which will give you an aerial view of the entire area.
Day 04: WEST COST GLACIER - QUEENSTOWN: (420 KM) (B)
The next morning we will depart to the beautiful city of Queenstown. For this journey, we will pass through the pretty South Westland Heritage Park, over the rugged Haast Pass, and via the serene Lake Wanaka to finally reach Queenstown. Be glued to your windows to witness nature’s beauty unfolding in front of you.
DAY 05: QUEENSTOWN
This day is free for your leisure.
DAY 06: QUEENSTOWN – MT COOK – CHRISTCHURCH (600 KMS)
Today we will travel to the Lindis PASS to reach the famous Mt. Cook. The journey is surreal and you will come across some of the most beautiful scenic beauties in your path. You can also opt for a unique yet rare scenic flight to peek into the beautiful snowfields and the icy glaciers in Mt. Cook.
After this, we will travel forward to reach Christchurch.
DAY 07: DEPART CHRISTCHURCH
Wake up early in the morning to hop onto the Hot Air Ballon especially waiting for you. The Christchurch backdrop is the perfect place to head high up in the air in the magical balloon. Marvel at the scenic beauty around you and wave at the birds flying right in front of you.
After this, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to India.
Note: Only opt for the Hot Air Balloon Ride if the time permits.
